Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase from Von-Lee & Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the following:

All orders, including pre-orders, must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional bank or credit card fees incurred.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Any corrections must be emailed immediately to vonleeandco@gmail.com. We are not responsible for checking or correcting addresses on file.
Due to COVID-19 and other circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed. Orders may take 7–14 business days or longer to arrive once shipped.
Pre-orders may take 3–6 months or longer to ship, depending on tariffs, customs inspections, and other global shipping delays.
Once a package is handed over to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for missed or rescheduled deliveries.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Customers must confirm that the color, quantity, shipping address, and email address on their order are correct.
Any change to an order during processing may result in cancellation or shipping delays.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any current or future Von-Lee & Company products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery for review. If approved, we may issue a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

Customers will not receive email responses to questions already answered on our website.
By placing an order, you consent to receive email communications regarding order confirmation, shipping updates, and customer service as needed.

Due to carrier discretion, you may or may not be required to sign for packages. This decision is made solely by the shipping provider.

All product designs, names, images, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Von-Lee & Company. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Von-Lee & Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
