I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

• I have read the return & shipping policy page.

• Any incorrect addresses MUST BE EMAILED to vonleeandco@gmail.com immediately. We are not responsible for rechecking your address on file.

• I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.

• I understand that this is a PRE-ORDER and the bags will take up to 2.5 months to be shipped to me.

• I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.

• I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.

• I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.

• I confirmed that I filled in all of the boxes needed to ship my bag to me.

• I understand that due to COVID-19, I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler.

• I understand that Von-Lee and Company is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex. 

• I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website. 

• I understand that there are no refunds on any of the Von-Lee bags and on current or future products.
