Returns& Refunds Policy

At Von-Lee & Company, each handbag is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products and pre-order process, all sales are final. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

1. No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any purchases, including current and future collections.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at vonleeandco@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  • To process your request, include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged or defective item

    • A description of the issue

  • If approved, we may provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, we will work with you on a suitable solution.

3. Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Von-Lee & Company is not liable for missed deliveries, rescheduled deliveries, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped.

4. Pre-Orders

  • All pre-order sales are final. Due to production timelines, global tariffs, and customs checks, pre-orders may take 3–6 months or longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience with the process of receiving a handcrafted luxury bag.

5. Exempt Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Handbags and accessories

  • Clothing

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items
