At Von-Lee & Company, each handbag is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products and pre-order process, all sales are final. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any purchases, including current and future collections.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at vonleeandco@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Photos of the damaged or defective item

A description of the issue

If approved, we may provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, we will work with you on a suitable solution.
3. Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for lost packages.

Von-Lee & Company is not liable for missed deliveries, rescheduled deliveries, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped.
4. Pre-Orders

All pre-order sales are final. Due to production timelines, global tariffs, and customs checks, pre-orders may take 3–6 months or longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience with the process of receiving a handcrafted luxury bag.
