At Von-Lee & Company, we’re committed to delivering your order with care. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your items.

1. Processing Time

• All in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Pre-Orders: Our luxury handbags are designed overseas and may take 3–6 months before shipping. We’ll provide updates along the way.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 7–14 business days once shipped.

• Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and external factors (including weather and COVID-19).

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.

4. Order Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address and contact information before completing your order.

• If you notice an error, email us at vonleeandco@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

5. Delivery Issues

• Once your package has been shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

• Von-Lee & Company is not responsible for missed delivery attempts, delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

• If an issue occurs during delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

6. Signature Requirement

• Due to carrier policies and COVID-19 safety protocols, packages may or may not require a signature at the time of delivery. This decision is at the carrier’s discretion.

7. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
